To ensure a smooth setup, please have the event area cleared and accessible at least two hours before your scheduled start time. We'll also need access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a nearby electrical outlet for our equipment.

No. Courtyard Experiences LLC provides audiovisual equipment and event production services only. We do not supply or distribute movies or streaming content.
For private, non-commercial events, clients choose their own movie and log into their personal streaming accounts (such as Netflix, Disney+, or Prime Video) on our equipment. No special license is required for private home-use viewings.
Public or community showings usually require a public performance license. Courtyard Experiences can assist you in obtaining the appropriate license through authorized licensing partners; however, the client is solely responsible for ensuring that all required licenses and permissions are properly secured.
We request a standard 15-20A circuit within 100 ft of the decided event area. We also bring a power storage unit to ensure no disruptions during the screening.
In the rare event of inclement weather, a decision to proceed or reschedule will be made collaboratively by noon on the day of your event. Should rescheduling be necessary, your experience may be rebooked within 30 days at no additional cost, or a full refund may be provided. For added peace of mind, our elegant all-weather tent ensures your gathering can continue seamlessly, rain or snow.
