To ensure a smooth setup, please have the event area cleared and accessible. We'll also need access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a nearby electrical outlet for our equipment.
Our team will arrive at your chosen start time to begin setup and testing.
We include a Roku streaming stick — just log in to your Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, or any other streaming app and pick your movie. You can also connect a laptop or phone via HDMI. You'll need a Wi-Fi connection and your own streaming account; we don't provide movie licenses or subscriptions.
No. Courtyard Experiences LLC provides audiovisual equipment and event production services only. We do not supply or distribute movies or streaming content.
We request a standard 15-20A circuit within 100 ft of the decided event area.
In the rare event of inclement weather, a decision to proceed or reschedule will be made collaboratively by noon on the day of your event. Should rescheduling be necessary, your experience may be rebooked within 30 days at no additional cost, or a full refund may be provided.
